2017 CCAR Convention Exhibitors

The CCAR invites you to join us as we celebrate our 128h Annual CCAR Convention in Atlanta, GA.  The Convention will begin Sunday, March 19, 2017, and end Wednesday evening, March 22, 2017.

Your artworks, products and exhibits will be displayed within the beautiful surroundings of the Atlanta Loews Hotel.  The Hotel is located in Midtown Atlanta.

As an exhibitor, you are welcome to join us for all prayer services, including our time-honored Monday morning Convention T’filah.  You are also invited to register for the opening dinner (Cost TBD).  There will be opportunities to visit the highlights of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center, a center for non-violent social change; the Atlanta Aquarium, the largest in the Western Hemisphere; the Coca-Cola Museum; and the CNN News Center.

The fee is $600 per exhibit space and $500 for additional, adjacent space; we will not be using a drayage company, rather we will be working directly with the hotel. 

Any sharing of space must be approved by the CCAR.  An additional charge of $200 will be applied to the cost of the shared space.  Our Opening Reception will be held inside the Ballroom, as well as coffee breaks throughout the Convention. 

Once exhibit space has been assigned it cannot be relocated or reassigned at the Convention.  The exhibitor area is designed to meet the regulations set forth by the Fire Marshal.
